Full Disclosure: In exchange for my honest review, we received tickets to the show. As always, my opinions are my own.
The Amazing Pets Show in Branson, Missouri was a must-see if you have kiddos of any age who love pets. To start off, the show trains cats and dogs adopted from a shelter. With the tricks the animals were doing, you would have thought they were specially bred pets—nope just your average shelter cats and dogs with hours of training.
The show was so kid friendly that you didn’t have to worry about keeping the kids quiet during the performance. They encouraged audience interaction and also had volunteers come up during the breaks to join the show. David and William were both eager to run up on the stage and did so several times.
David was one of the first volunteers who wanted to share a joke—a real crowd pleaser. “What do you call a cow with no legs? Ground beef!”
The animal trainer is world famous and part of his act was featured in the movie Big Fish. During the show you get to see part of the trick he did for the movie.
The pets did so many adorable tricks. Being a former cat owner myself, I have no idea how they managed to train the free willed cats.
This was one of the boy’s favorite attractions in Branson. David said his favorite pet was “Batdog”—a dog dressed as Batman.
